2005
In 2005, Lilly’s Baking Company opened creating a taste of Brooklyn tradition with a modern twist.
2015
In 2015, the Astor Group acquired Schick’s and Lilly’s and Founded Brooklyn Brands.
2018
In 2018, the Astor Group made significant investments and the state of the art facilities were finished.
